Jacob's ladder sew-along

Hi All,

Fatquartershop has another fun Sew Along planned from today. The pattern is Jacob's ladder which is easy and fast to work with. It starts today Februrary 8th! If you’d like to participate, you can visit fatquartershop for more details and pattern. The pattern offers a lot of variety to make a quilt, tablerunner or even mini quilt for dolls.

So go ahead and check all the gorgeous projects fatquartershop has featured on their blog and make one yourself. I haven't posted mind and the reasonI have been missing due to the major health issue due to move. I guess to much work and exhaustion has taken hit and now on bedrest for almost 2 weeks and now slowly catching up plus there is lot going on as we are moving...so I am sorry for being late on my last project and this one...but soon will post both.

Welcome to Farm girl Vintage block sew-along!

Woo-hoo!! It's #farmgirlfridays today and I am excited to share my block with you .

I have chosen "Haystack Block" from this book. First I need to tell you something about the book. Now I am sure all who are are part of #sew-along already know it however I must tell you this is an awesome book and the best part is precise instruction and explanation plus pictures to guide you while sewing the block. I love this book..I think one of the best books I have come across in quilting.

So here I present my "Haystack block" from the book. I love the way it has turned out. I am using all the scraps I have in my stash to work on all the blocks from this book.

I am still working on my other blocks...I am going in random order :) ..I am a behind because the day this post is going live,I am on trip with a friend to teach some kids in other country :) . Panda-monium Mini quilt!

Hey Everyone,

Thanks for stopping by on my blog here. Today, I want to share the new Fatquarter shop block..it's actually a mini quilt called Panda-monium.

I am still working on my block and once done probably in a day will post it here.

He is the most adorable panda I have seen. There is a kit available for this mini quilt if you wish to buy with all the color fabrics as shown by Kimberly in the video.
