PATCHWORK by Cynthia Shaffer

I have to admit, I have a thing for patchwork. I just love them as I feel they give a different feel to your project. Recently, I received the "Patchwork" book by Cynthia Shaffer. I have been waiting to read this book when I heard that Lark Publication is about to release one and when they did, I had to get that book.

This book has 25 projects, well you may say most books usually have however they are 25 unique and when I say unique I mean it. Every project is so new and fresh that you would definitely want to try. Most of the projects can be done with only scraps of fabrics which we mostly have and still will turn out amazing. I love love the bento box and sew on the go kit project from this book and plan to make tons as a Christmas present for family, friends and for my community ladies..as I believe there is always need for these item at home :)

The author has come up with some great projects like the honeycomb sheet set, the panda bolster, pretty petite dress for small girls, nesting bowls, hobo bag, hip headband, log cabin bucket and so much more...The instructions and pictures provided at each step are wonderful and will help even a novice sewer to pull off these projects without any trouble.

I am totally in love with this book and I am sure you will love it too.
